With Hart is an online store based in the United Arab Emirates offering personalised and engraved gifts. You can reach us at info@with-hart.com.

2. Products and personalisation

Every piece is made to order. Please check names, initials and any other engraving details carefully before you pay.
We engrave exactly what you submit. We cannot be responsible for spelling or content errors in the details provided by the customer.
Product photos are for illustration. Small differences in colour, finish or engraving style may occur because each piece is made by hand or to order.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED).
Payment is taken in full at checkout through our secure payment providers. We do not store your card details.

4. Orders

An order is confirmed once you receive our confirmation email. We may cancel or decline an order if a product is unavailable or if we cannot verify the order details, in which case you will be refunded in full.

5. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times, rates and areas are described on our Shipping & Delivery page. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

6. Returns, refunds and exchanges

Because items are personalised, returns, refunds and exchanges are generally not available. Our full policy, including damaged or incorrect items, is on our Returns & Refunds page.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the With Hart name, logo, photos and text, belongs to With Hart and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, With Hart is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under UAE consumer protection law.
