Do you offer custom requests or bulk orders?

Can I exchange an item?

As each item is personalised and made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at info@with-hart.com and our team will be happy to assist you.

Are the personalisations engraved or printed?

All our personalised pieces are professionally engraved for a refined and lasting finish. We do not use printing on personalised items, allowing every piece to remain timeless, durable, and uniquely yours.
